03 Housing and living

Reside and live

People with their visions for living in the near future are invited to present their ideas and designs here.

As part of the stanmer project, such designs will find their way into reality if they find a response where real construction projects are planned.

The Venus Project

by Jacques Fresco, an architect from Florida with extraordinary designs for cities of the future. The facilities, houses, halls, meeting centers and paths are integrated into nature. The shapes of the buildings are not mercilessly right-angled, but harmoniously arched. The right angle is an absolute rarity.

The new built village

Regardless of the fact that the entire land area is already distributed and privately owned and it is currently unclear how one could rebuild entire villages under such circumstances, we can and should consider what the new villages and homes might look like. The coming big changes will create the necessary framework conditions.

There are many ideas for this.

Of course, it is beyond our imagination that a village as it is now could be completely removed, with everything in, in, under and on top of it. How should that work? Ruled out, many will say.

Here I would like to object:

All people's dwellings, especially the very old ones, are in many cases made of inferior material, built by and for people from a time when the social, family and life-sustaining structures were completely different - such buildings are unsuitable for a future in that people primarily want and are allowed to be free and happy.

Most of the buildings date from an era of suppressed spirit, submission to the "authorities" and the expected short life, mostly in poverty. A lot of suffering hangs there as a pattern of the morphogenetic field.

The villages themselves are often structured according to developmental and property rights issues and according to the rules of the "authorities". Least of all do they do justice to humanity and the idea of a good life and community. I don't think you have to talk about it any further. It's a very big and complex topic.

What should the new village, the new settlement look like?

Please think about it and send us your thoughts and ideas. We will put these here as appropriate for discussion and inspiration.

This initiative is primarily intended to show the ideas and concepts of many people here. This also inspires other people. With the dawn of the new era, these then become projects and these become the new reality.

The new is usually created in an order such as this one

Something is not as it should be The idea of how it could be much better differently The vision of how it should and will be The design of the vision into what is economically and technically feasible The project and its implementation plan It is created It is
