Data protection
In the following, we would like to inform you about the type, scope and purposes of the collection and use of your personal data on our website.
Storage of data. The personal data available is limited to first names, surnames and email addresses. The email addresses and names are stored in an address directory at our provider for the purpose of email communication. We treat personal data as strictly confidential in accordance with this data protection declaration and the statutory provisions. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. When you use our website, various personal data are collected from the provider's server. Personal data are data with which you can be personally identified. This data protection declaration explains which data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this is done. Data transmission on the Internet can have security gaps, for example in e-mail communication. We would like to point out that it is not possible to completely protect data from access by third parties.
Data acquisition. The operator of this website is responsible for the data collection on this website.
Hosting. The hosting services used to ensure the operation of the homepage include the following services: platform services, web space, database, technical maintenance. Only the name and the email address are recorded in the mail traffic.
Server log files. The website provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. These are: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request, IP address. These are required to identify attacks, faulty code or general errors and are automatically deleted from the web server after four weeks. A merging of this data with other data sources does not take place. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1, b GDPR, which allows the processing of data for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
Cookies. The internet pages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit. You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when you close the browser. Processing of data. Data (e.g. names and addresses as well as contact details of users) that are collected in the contact forms, registration for RSS feeds or in the online reporter are only used to meet contractual obligations, services and the organization of events.
Information, blocking, deletion. You have the right to receive information about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data about the stored data free of charge at any time. You also have the right to request the correction, blocking or deletion of your data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
